Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients, physician offices, and hospitals.
- Assist with medical claims processing, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient scheduling.
- Accurately document all communication touchpoints and follow-up actions within the system.
- Coordinate care plans and escalate complex patient or provider issues to management when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria
