Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients, physician offices, and hospitals.
  • Assist with medical claims processing, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient scheduling.
  • Accurately document all communication touchpoints and follow-up actions within the system.
  • Coordinate care plans and escalate complex patient or provider issues to management when necessary.
  • Provide empathetic, friendly, and highly professional customer service at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate complete fluency in both spoken Korean and English. Strong communication skills and a professional, patient demeanor are absolutely essential for daily patient interactions. Candidates should possess robust problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, alongside excellent organizational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

While comprehensive training will be fully provided by the company, prior call center or customer service experience is preferred. Prior healthcare experience is highly desired and will serve as a significant advantage during the hiring process. Familiarity with medical claims, insurance referrals, or care coordination workflows is a massive plus for applicants looking to stand out.
