Job Overview

  • Compensation: Starting at $18/hour based on experience, plus twice-a-year bonuses

Primary Responsibilities

  • Triage and support: Act as the primary point of contact to handle inbound inquiries from IFill platform users.
  • Outbound engagement: Make proactive outbound calls to both existing and prospective software clients.
  • Onboard and educate: Walk new users through specialized features using webinars, calls, videos, documentation, and online tutorials.
  • Product testing: Adjudicate and test upcoming software updates and releases to ensure they meet specifications and client expectations.
  • Feedback loop: Identify client needs and collaborate directly with the internal Product Management team to advocate for future platform enhancements.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the foundational requirements needed to tackle a dynamic workload with minimal supervision. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Applicants should possess previous experience supporting computer software products and services, showcasing moderate to advanced computer literacy and a proven ability to master new software platforms quickly and thoroughly.

Because you will act as the primary voice of the brand, strong communicative traits are heavily prioritized. Outstanding phone skills, presence, and professional branding are mandatory. You must have an analytical mind geared toward problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and strict attentiveness to client details.
