Primary responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Fleet teams on test request and triage planning.
- Performing live, high-precision analysis and debugging to identify and resolve critical software issues.
- Developing and maintaining product performance metrics based on in-car and digital test data.
- Automating critical metric generation to support real-time dashboard reporting and decision-making.
- Driving root cause analysis to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to our customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Required: 8+ years of proven experience in ADAS/AD vehicle testing, digital offline testing, or triage data analysis.
- Required: Hands-on experience with Vehicle/System Integration, software component debugging, and large-scale AD testing.
- Preferred: Strong scripting and tool development skills to enhance triage efficiency and automation.
- Preferred: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence across dynamic, cross-functional teams.
