- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to corporate computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Provision, configure, and set up new computers, peripheral hardware, and user workstations.
- Create comprehensive, step-by-step internal training materials complete with instructional screenshots.
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical issues spanning Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and related infrastructure.
- Train incoming personnel on proper equipment usage, document internal IT procedures, and maintain clean operating environments on all company machines.
Eligibility Criteria
