Job Overview

  • Role: Office Manager & Executive Assistant
  • Location: Lehi, UT (Required 5 days per week on-site)
  • Compensation: $30 – $35 an hour
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Primary Focus: Managing daily headquarters operations and providing dedicated administrative support to the VP of Client Services & Operations and the Chief of Staff.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Red Carpet Hospitality: Act as the premier face of the office, welcoming visitors, candidates, and partners while managing secure mail, shipping logistics, and onboarding packages.
  • Facilities & Vendor Management: Oversee building maintenance, partner with landlords, manage procurement for office inventory, and maintain functional AV, printer, and kitchen equipment.
  • Executive Calendar & Travel Coordination: Manage highly complex calendars, resolve booking conflicts, and organize end-to-end travel arrangements for leadership.
  • Workplace Culture Programs: Plan office events, coordinate catered meals, and implement interactive perks designed to encourage a vibrant, collaborative in-person work environment.
  • Financial Administration: Track corporate budgets and seamlessly process monthly expense reports for the executive team.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the foundational requirements established by our people operations team. EasyPost values autonomy, a “no task is too small” mindset, and the structural capability to lead workplace environments independently.

  • Required Experience: 3+ years of dedicated office management or high-level administrative experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) or Microsoft 365, alongside standard team communication tools like Slack.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating comfort switching between corporate emails and vendor interactions.
  • Discretion: A proven history of handling highly sensitive personal and organizational data with absolute confidentiality.
  • Preferred Assets: Prior administrative background within luxury hospitality or premium, high-growth corporate environments is strongly preferred.
