Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging video discovery calls with prospective members to assess qualification and secure membership commitments.
  • Provide personalized value and financial guidance to small business owners based on their unique attributes.
  • Own and actively manage a robust pipeline of self-generated and pre-qualified leads using phone, SMS, and email.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Member Services to optimize outbound campaigns and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Prepare and track weekly sales reports detailing conversion rates, pipeline health, and lead source feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must bring a solid foundation of 2-3+ years of experience in a FinTech company or related SaaS environment, specifically focused on client acquisition and business development. Candidates must possess a consistent track record of overachieving sales quotas and a highly competitive drive to stay at the top of the leaderboard. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across video, phone, SMS, and email are strictly required.
