Job Overview
- Role: Technical Support Specialist
- Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

- Compensation: $83,000 – $98,000 per year + Equity
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via email, chat, and screen sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document solutions for internal knowledge-base improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate bugs and enhance product functionality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their security journey.
To be successful in this role, you should possess 4+ years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS or tech environment. You must have a strong working knowledge of APIs, networking, and log management tools like Datadog. Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and databases is highly preferred. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment and are eager to leverage AI to amplify their daily productivity.
A successful Vanta team member demonstrates a deep sense of empathy, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex solutions for our users. You must be comfortable working a 9AM-6PM PST schedule, which may include rotational on-call responsibilities, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
