Primary Responsibilities
- Integrated Brand Campaigns: Develop and scale breakthrough, culturally resonant brand platforms across channels, managing multi-channel campaigns with budgets in the tens of millions.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the central connective tissue across paid media, creative, analytics, finance, social, partnerships, and product marketing teams.
- Cultural Moments: Own and execute major cultural tentpole activations at events like The National and New York Comic Con.
- Measurement & Optimization: Partner with analytics to implement brand lift, incrementality, and performance frameworks to connect brand investments to business outcomes.
- Function Building: Function as a hands-on operator initially, establishing processes, and scaling a high-performing brand and integrated marketing team over time.
