Job Overview

- Compensation: $14 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide essential instructional support for live online courses.
- Assist with classroom management, including attendance, assignment tracking, and recording sessions.
- Support lead teachers with grading, student correspondence, and class coverage.
- Facilitate breakout rooms and answer student questions during live sessions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from parents, advisors, and staff to ensure outstanding service.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of a High school diploma or GED; some college is preferred. You should have strong independent work habits, excellent problem-solving skills, and a genuine dedication to customer service and program support. Relationship building and clear communication skills are vital for success in our collaborative environment.
Additionally, technical proficiency is required. Candidates must have reliable, high-speed internet and experience using Zoom or similar online meeting platforms. You should be competent with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and comfortable navigating Learning Management Systems.
Preferred qualifications include experience with educational tech tools such as Classkick, Nearpod, Kahoot!, Blooket, Gimkit, Quizziz, and Padlet. The ability to multitask effectively, whether using split screens or dual monitors, will set you apart as a strong candidate for this position.
