Primary Responsibilities
- Client Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online messaging platforms to assist throughout their travel journey.
- Itinerary Management: Coordinate travel reservations, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and vital supplier communications.
- Inquiry Resolution: Research and resolve diverse customer concerns with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Supplier Coordination: Partner closely with cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Education: Educate travelers on destinations, travel documentation requirements, promotions, and essential travel protection options.
Eligibility Criteria
