Primary Responsibilities:

• Review consumer titles and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare, audit, and upload essential paperwork to finalize vehicle purchases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve title-related issues.
• Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and CRM/email.
• Document all processes within Salesforce and Smart Sheets.

Eligibility Criteria (Required):

Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age. You should be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. We are looking for individuals who can multitask effectively, prioritize their workload, and maintain high standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.

A background in DMV-related processes or titling is considered a significant asset. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is also preferred but not required.
