Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate special projects and administrative workflows across departments.
  • Support payroll processing, including time and attendance tracking and compliance.
  • Maintain POS databases, generate Purchase Orders (POs), and oversee inventory processes.
  • Serve as a primary resource for functional area questions and problem-solving.
  • Ensure efficient daily office operations, including supply procurement and internal communication.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry. A High School Diploma or GED is required, while an Associateโ€™s Degree in a related field is considered a strong plus. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, to handle the administrative and database-related demands of the position.

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is deeply detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent customer service skills.
