Job Overview:
- Role: Customer Service Representative
- Location: On-site, Montebello, CA
- Compensation: Starting at $28.00/hour
- Focus: Managing order lifecycles for major retail and distributor accounts
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, from initial receipt to final delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and system data in ERP/WMS platforms.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you should possess 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain, ideally within the CPG or Food & Beverage industries. A strong grasp of order-to-cash processes and inventory management is essential, along with the ability to navigate retail customer portals and EDI systems with ease.
Beyond your technical skills, you should be a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP/WMS systems are required to ensure our operations run smoothly and our retail partners remain satisfied.
Communication is at the heart of what we do. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with both internal departments and external partners to resolve order discrepancies and manage chargebacks.
