Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Managing Director and broader team.
- Manage and update membership and event registration databases.
- Assist with logistics and preparation for seminars and organizational events.
- Support communications by scheduling social media content and drafting newsletters.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, you should be a detail-oriented individual comfortable working independently. While being a current college or law student is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and responsive in their communications.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. A high level of comfort with digital tools is essential, specifically proficiency in Google Workspace and experience navigating online database systems.
