Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the Club’s social media activity and digital marketing presence.
- Coordinate and distribute the member newsletter and event marketing materials.
- Develop strategies to enhance membership retention and engagement.
- Oversee daily administrative duties and maintain brand standards.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, though equivalent experience is welcomed. You must possess a strong background in administrative tasks and customer service to excel in this fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in essential digital tools is critical for this role. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable using Canva, Instagram, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Your ability to leverage these tools to create engaging content will be the key to your success in enhancing our club communications.
Finally, we prioritize candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.
