Primary Responsibilities

- Establish structured feedback loops to synthesize creator sentiment and influence marketing strategies.
- Lead relationships with external agency partners for video production and paid amplification.
Eligibility Criteria
To succeed in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in marketing, integrated content strategy, or media strategy for creators. A deep understanding of online community dynamics, platform algorithms, and how to drive sharing behavior is essential for this senior-level contributor position.
We are looking for candidates who can operate independently at a senior altitude while effectively influencing cross-functional teams. You must demonstrate a strong track record of scaling high-volume content programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
