Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately key donor, payment, and account information into internal systems.
- Update and maintain sensitive contact information, including addresses and emails.
- Follow strict batch workflows to ensure data integrity and tracking.
- Report daily piece counts and maintain high productivity standards.
To be considered for this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for individuals who can multitask effectively, prioritize tasks under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor in a production-focused environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required to ensure you can hit the ground running.
In terms of technical qualifications, a minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy is essential. We also prefer candidates with 10-key experience of at least 20+ WPM.
