Primary Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day LOA administration for clients alongside Account Managers and LOA Analysts
- Provide timely status reports and feedback on leave cases
- Manage the team shared inbox—prioritize, respond, and sort emails
- Answer inbound team calls with accurate, courteous guidance
- Educate callers on job protection and wage replacement options during absences
- Process disability claims forms with carriers and share updates with impacted people
- Support compliance with federal/state leave frameworks (including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, USERRA, ADA/ADAAA) and company leave policies
- Help onboard new clients (implementation meetings, policy review, setup data)
- Assist configuring systems to client programs and entering historical data when needed
- Support ADA interactive process documentation and scheduled LOA reporting
- Stay current via educational webinars and workshops on leave administration
Applicants should bring 1–3 years of Human Resources, benefits, and/or leave-of-absence administration experience—ideally with a mid-to-large employer—plus comfort with benefit admin, payroll, or HRIS reporting. Strong Excel skills, confidentiality, prioritization, and clear written/oral communication are essential. Spanish language skills are a plus. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
