Primary Responsibilities
- Provide superb, personalized customer service to patients, prospective clients, and industry professionals via phone, chat, and email.
- Navigate multiple software programs and communication platforms efficiently.
- Assist qualified patients with placing delivery orders and managing existing orders (modifying contents, applying discounts, rescheduling, or cancelling).
- Adhere strictly to all state-mandated policies, including HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all medical marijuana products, guidance rules, and resources.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet specific professional standards and background requirements:
- Must have a minimum of six months of experience working in cannabis retail or a call center environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and capable of passing a level two federal background check.
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate exceptional organization, critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and professional telephone/chat etiquette.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the job, including sitting at a workstation for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
