Primary Responsibilities
- Perform essential item calibration and item analysis procedures, preparing comprehensive reports for psychometric review.
- Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to the release of exam scores, ensuring exceptional initial review accuracy.
- Execute flexible, ad hoc data analyses upon direct request to support team objectives.
- Partner closely with seasoned Psychometricians on data preparation and execution for vital research projects.
- Help test systems enhancements, program macros (specifically SAS macros), and optimize operational workflow management.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this specialized analytics position, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science, or a closely related field. Alternatively, an equivalent blend of education and practical experience will be fully considered. AICPA-CIMA values structural foundational skills coupled with a meticulous eye for qualitative data testing.
Furthermore, applicants need to bring 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related operational analytics environments. You must display strong core knowledge and practical application of statistical concepts alongside intermediate SAS programming skills to manage panel building and processing software programs seamlessly.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess a background in data workflow management, database management, and professional data visualization. If you have experience using advanced statistical programming environments such as R or Python, alongside document frameworks like Quarto or Rmarkdown, your application will stand out significantly during the initial review.
