Primary Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide high-level calendar management, international/domestic travel logistics, and expense reporting for four agency executives.
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations at the LA headquarters, including vendor management, inventory levels, and opening procedures.
- Event Planning: Coordinate internal team-building activities, client catering, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) themed events.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and talent acquisition teams.
Eligibility Criteria
