Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing essential merchandise-related data entry and tracking tasks.
- Assisting with critical month-end inventory and reporting processes.
- Supporting various Gift Shop and Redemption positions as business needs dictate.
- Engaging with guests using department-specific verbiage to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong technical fundamentals. Required qualifications include proven computer experience, reliable typing skills, and the ability to operate a ten-key calculator with speed and accuracy. You should also maintain a neat, professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming disposition.
Physical requirements are essential for this role. You must be capable of standing and walking throughout your shift and have the physical ability to lift moderate weights, up to 50 lbs, on a continual basis. Additionally, all employees must be able to complete and receive all required certifications relevant to their specific department duties.
