Job Overview:

• Role: Investor Relations Manager
• Location: Hawthorne, CA (Full-time, On-Site)
• Compensation: $135,000 – $185,000/year + Equity & Benefits
• Focus: Retail investor strategy, financial messaging, and market intelligence

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging for earnings calls and shareholder meetings.
• Develop and execute a pioneering retail investor relations strategy that leverages digital and social platforms like X.
• Act as the “eyes and ears” of the company by monitoring retail forums and market sentiment to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct robust stock surveillance and build scalable engagement models for a massive, diverse audience of market participants.

Eligibility Criteria (Required):

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in finance, investment banking, or asset management.
• You must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or otherwise eligible for export control authorization under ITAR.

• An MBA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
