Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in the sale of agricultural, lawn, and garden machinery.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing customers to understand their unique business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of used equipment markets, values, and financing options.
• Collaborate closely with Parts and Service departments to deliver complete customer solutions.

To be considered for this non-entry-level role, you must possess at least one year of experience in equipment sales or an agriculture-related field. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable analyzing sales reports and have a strong drive to meet and engage with new people.

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and demonstrate the ability to work flexible hours, especially during peak planting and harvest seasons. Proficiency with standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office) and internet functions is also essential for success in this role.
