Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and validate subscription, billing, and invoicing data within SAP BRIM (SOM, CI) modules.
• Perform high-volume transaction processing for renewals and usage-based billing.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks to maintain compliance with Commonwealth policies and SAP standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure data integrity and assist in SIT/UAT testing phases.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Required Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Required Experience: At least 2 years of experience in enterprise systems data entry.
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree; prior experience with SAP BRIM or similar ERP systems; background in utilities or transportation industries.
• Citizenship Requirement: This position is restricted to U.S. citizens only due to federal contract requirements. Proof of citizenship is mandatory.
