Primary Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager and Lead Biller, you will ensure all billing functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Serve as a key point of contact for physicians, staff, and patients regarding complex billing inquiries.
• Proactively develop and meet departmental billing goals to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Required Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical billing.
• Technical Skills: Strong competency with ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines is essential for success in this role.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a high level of attention to detail, are required. Candidates must demonstrate a command of verbal and written English to effectively interact with patients of all age levels.
