Job Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
  • Compensation: $43.00 – $55.00 per hour
  • Location: Remote (Licensed or permitted in NY, Michigan, or VA)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately identify clients’ psychiatric and emotional needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Formulate personalized, data-backed care routines tailored to unique client profiles.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver direct clinical care across individual and group settings using proven psychotherapy modalities.
  • Specialized Counseling: Offer focused support for complex demographics, including gender identity issues, PTSD care, and grief counseling.
  • Behavioral Support: Implement behavioral principles like applied behavior analysis when treating children or adolescents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Securely document medical records while preserving precise clinical standards and HIPAA privacy regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

To maintain the highest standards of clinical delivery, candidates must hold an active independent license or valid structural permit in New York, Michigan, or Virginia. Demonstrated expertise in navigating clinical environments and conducting comprehensive psychological diagnostics is highly valued.

Prior exposure within a multi-disciplinary hospital or structured mental health clinic is heavily prioritized. Candidates must display exceptional fluency in medical documentation alongside advanced familiarity with trauma-informed care and specialized evidence-based psychotherapy frameworks.

Because this role relies heavily on remote delivery, strong communication proficiency across digital spaces is non-negotiable.
