Job Overview
- Role: Part-Time Executive Assistant (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage)

Primary Responsibilities
- Reviewing, discussing, and drafting professional email responses in Outlook.
- Drafting business documents and correspondence.
- Coordinating remote office functions, including document preparation.
- Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent written communication skills, including a sharp eye for grammar and sentence structure. We are looking for someone with strong typing proficiency and the ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple email threads and tasks.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar professional support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is a non-negotiable requirement, as the core of this role involves daily management of high-profile communications.
While real estate industry experience is not required, it is considered a significant plus. Most importantly, you must be a Washington State resident, be available for daily tasks during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and be prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive client information.
