Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for parking and transportation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process parking permits, event tickets, and various transportation-related transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Resolve customer issues by applying deep knowledge of university policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and campus departments to support logistics for events and daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate will bring a professional, customer-focused attitude to the team. We require a High School diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Additionally, you must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
