As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the backbone of our operational technology, providing vital support that keeps our systems running smoothly during production hours. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on network engineering, data cabling, and systems administration in a fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills will be tested and rewarded.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Network engineering, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this role, you should possess 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, SCCM), and 2+ years of experience in network troubleshooting and high-availability environments. We look for candidates who understand DNS, DHCP, and the OSI model, alongside at least two years of corporate-level support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
You must be able to perform physical tasks, including moving up to 49lbs, and be prepared to stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
