Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Design engaging Canva graphics and Instagram stories.
- Support administrative functions, including calendar management and lead tracking.
- Assist with email newsletters and content repurposing.
- Research products, vendors, and local event opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
We are seeking candidates who bring a blend of administrative precision and creative flair. To be successful, you must possess strong written communication skills, be highly organized, and be completely comfortable navigating popular social media platforms. Proactivity is key, as we need someone who can work independently with minimal supervision.
In terms of specific technical requirements, familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and Instagram is essential. While not required, bonus points will be awarded to candidates with experience in HoneyBook, professional organizing, content creation, or basic video editing.

Please note that while the role is primarily remote, it involves occasional local support, including driving to job sites within the Main Line, Philadelphia, and parts of New Jersey—sometimes requiring up to 45–60 minutes of travel depending on traffic.
