Primary Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage clinician calendars and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.
- Facilitate secure communication between patients and providers.
- Assist with billing, insurance verification, and clinical documentation.
- Provide technical support for telepsychiatry sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
We are looking for candidates who possess strong organizational skills and a professional, empathetic tone. While a basic understanding of mental health terminology is a plus, it is not required.
