Primary Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of routine civil engineering assignments under direct supervision to strengthen practical industry knowledge.
- Assist with generating creative design ideas and producing high-quality engineering solutions for hyperscale data center campuses.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, engineering staff, and project managers to meet strict project guidelines and quality management standards.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates must have a strong foundational understanding of civil engineering principles and a desire to take ownership of their professional growth. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program. Additionally, possessing an Engineer Intern (EI) certificate or having the immediate ability to obtain one is a requirement for this developmental track.
Prior hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly preferred, as it will allow you to transition smoothly into drafting and design assignments. Candidates should also demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside solid problem-solving, interpersonal, and decision-making capabilities to contribute effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
