Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and edit websites using WordPress and Joomla.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
- Resolve support tickets and address client requests for website updates.
- Route inquiries effectively and maintain high-quality communication standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web technologies and a desire to learn. We require applicants to have prior experience with WordPress and Joomla. Candidates must possess their own computer, the ability to work Monday through Friday (9 am – 5 pm), and a resident status in Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan.
We highly value candidates who demonstrate self-motivation and research skills. If you encounter a technical hurdle, you should have the drive to find the solution independently. Strong customer service instincts are vital, as you will be the primary point of contact for many of our partners.
While not required, having experience with FTP, CSS, HTML, or Javascript will significantly boost your application.
