Job Overview:
- Role: Inside Sales Specialist

- Compensation: $21/hr base + Uncapped Commission
- Schedule: Flexible (includes evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to sales activation.
- Follow up on high-quality leads generated through corporate events, social media, and newsletters.
- Leverage consultative sales strategies to educate customers on electric vehicle benefits.
- Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline movement within Salesforce.
Eligibility Criteria (Required):
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales with an end-to-end focus.
- Proven proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- A valid driverโs license with a clean record for the past year.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically in storytelling and active listening.
Eligibility Criteria (Preferred):
- Prior experience in the automotive, hospitality, or luxury consultant sectors.
- A deep-seated curiosity and passion for the premium electric vehicle landscape.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive KPI metrics in a fast-paced environment.
