Job Overview:
- Role: Cyber Insured Support Analyst
- Schedule: 24x7x365 rotating call schedule
- Remote Status: Fully Remote
- Pay Range: $54,000 – $75,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the poised, assured primary contact for insureds reporting active cyber incidents.
- Coordinate emergency response claims and conduct onboarding calls for new and renewing clients.
- Perform security/privacy scans and provide clear, professional reports to stakeholders.
- Manage communication across shared mailboxes and internal tools with high attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify, candidates must possess a college degree or at least 2 years of equivalent experience in a customer-facing role. A broad understanding of cybersecurity terminology is essential; you must be able to explain complex concepts like EDR, SIEM, and antivirus software to non-technical business leaders.
Additionally, we value the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during high-stress events like ransomware attacks. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required to manage multiple priorities effectively in our fast-paced environment.
While not mandatory, having professional cybersecurity certifications will set your application apart.
