Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement, tracking, and compliance of medical supplies.
- Liaise between clinicians, patients, and third-party vendors.
- Verify insurance eligibility and handle authorizations for wound care and surgical supplies.
- Ensure accurate, timely delivery of medically necessary equipment.
Eligibility Criteria:
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or healthcare certification is preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in medical supply coordination, DME, or healthcare intake.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with wound care products (e.g., alginates, hydrocolloids, NPWT/Wound Vac supplies).
