Primary Responsibilities
- Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Resolving diverse technical support requests across the local network.
- Supporting multiple buildings in the area as well as providing remote support.
- Participating in training new team members and continuous professional development.
Eligibility Criteria: Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate experience in troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems. A high degree of customer service orientation is required to succeed in our fast-paced facility. You must also have at least 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
Eligibility Criteria: Physical and Technical Requirements
The role is physically active; you must be capable of lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
