- Compensation: $232,560 – $427,500 annually
- Team: Trust and Safety (TnS) Engineering
- Focus: Content moderation systems, rule engines, and risk insight platforms.
As a Tech Lead, you will be the driving force behind our infrastructure, collaborating with machine learning experts and cross-functional teams to design robust, scalable systems. Your work will directly influence our ability to maintain a secure user experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Align technical objectives with global TnS goals.
- Lead architecture design to ensure high service performance and stability.
- Take full ownership of critical business systems.
- Drive technical roadmaps and lead medium-sized cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Integrate safety and abuse resistance into new product developments from the ground up.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field. You must possess 5+ years of experience in large-scale backend system development, combined with 2+ years of experience tech-leading a software engineering team. Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing and implementing moderation or risk control systems is highly preferred.
