Job Overview
- Position: Data Entry Specialist
- Location: Indian Trail, NC 28079 (In-Person / On-Site)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM), with an occasional Saturday rotation or overtime.
- Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Financial & Accounting Inputs: Systematically key in financial data, organize outgoing billing, and cross-verify transactional information.
- HR Clerical Support: Electronically upload, catalog, and archive secure digital employee documentation and assist with basic onboarding records.
- Inbox Administration: Oversee standard accounting email accounts, directing incoming inquiries to correct departmental leads.
- Database Quality Control: Scan spreadsheets and enterprise networks for mismatched values, rectifying data discrepancies instantly.
Eligibility Criteria
To maintain our strict standards of administrative quality, applicants must have a baseline of prior office, administrative, payroll, HR, or accounting experience.
