Primary Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate high-value technology transactions including SaaS, API integrations, software procurement, and complex data protection agreements.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to cross-functional business clients regarding contractual and regulatory risks surrounding brand-new customer offerings.
- Navigate regulatory compliance parameters including HIPAA, ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, state and federal healthcare frameworks, and data security updates.
- Foster proactive internal relationships across all enterprise business units to manage corporate risk allocation effectively while meeting high-level business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school and maintain active, good-standing bar admission. The position mandates 6 to 10 years of robust experience specializing in commercial transactions, with a demonstrable track record handling high-velocity SaaS agreements and strategic technology alliances.
Preferred candidates will bring a deep working knowledge of the financial services or consumer-directed benefits industries, particularly regarding Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and specialized corporate benefit solutions.
