Primary Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Seamlessly handle complex scheduling, calendar management, and organizing meetings across time zones.
  • Data Integrity & Systems Management: Perform high-accuracy data entry while maintaining clear records in client CRMs and project management software.
  • Content & Communication Management: Schedule and organize social media posts, draft follow-up emails, and map out post-meeting action items.
  • Document Management & Research: Systematically organize digital files while researching key opportunities or platforms and providing summarized, concise findings.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with specialized team members, such as dedicated bookkeepers or social media managers.

Eligibility Criteria

To establish yourself as a strong match for this client-facing administrative ecosystem, you must possess a minimum of two years of verified experience working in a dedicated remote administrative support role. Candidates must be fully based within the United States and have a fully equipped home workspace that features a modern computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a clear telephone connection.
