Primary Responsibilities
- Build and Lead the Accelerator: Own the vision, mandate, and long-term roadmap for the Performance Marketing Accelerator as a core enterprise capability.
- MarTech Strategy & Integration: Provide executive leadership for cross-functional alignment with IT and Data teams to establish an integrated, future-ready architecture.
- Capability Building & Upskilling: Set the enterprise strategy for advancing AI-enabled performance marketing maturity, automated workflows, and data-driven scaling.
- Website Strategy & Journey Optimization: Own the digital ecosystem’s performance, driving end-to-end customer journey optimization and personalization frameworks at scale.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this high-impact executive role, candidates must demonstrate at least 15 years of deep expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required, though professionals possessing an MBA or advanced technical degree will be highly prioritized.
