Primary Responsibilities
- Participant Advocacy: Compassionately guide participants through complex account enrollment questions, healthcare applications, and general program concerns.
- Effective Communication: Spend approximately 95% of your daily shift engaged in phone conversations, utilizing active listening, patience, and professional expertise to solve problems.
- Application Finalization: Follow structured processes to accurately complete participant applications and clearly articulate regulatory verbiage.
- System Management: Efficiently navigate multiple internal computer applications simultaneously to track outbound interactions and diagnose the root cause of client issues.
Eligibility Criteria
To be fully considered for this competitive customer experience role, candidates must satisfy several foundational requirements. First and foremost, you must hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Exceptional technical proficiency is mandatory, meaning you can flawlessly manage multiple open browser windows, navigate Microsoft Office tools, and quickly learn new proprietary computer architectures. Because this is a high-volume engagement environment, proven success in a dedicated customer service or consultative sales space is highly preferred.
Additionally, candidates must possess a high level of written and verbal analytical capability to interpret detailed procedure manuals, regulatory documents, and complex application scripts. You must be completely adaptable to varying operational shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM EST (or up to 8 PM EST for specific funding roles), including mandatory overtime and scheduled Saturdays during peak periods. Finally, successful completion of our comprehensive, paid intensive training curriculumโand passing the cumulative final examination covering Medicare fundamentals and compliance protocolsโis required.
Work From Home Requirements
Because this is an elite remote workspace structure, WTW will provide your core technical work equipment! However, you must guarantee a secure, completely distraction-free workspace located within a separate, confidential room of your residence. You are solely responsible for securing and maintaining high-speed internet infrastructure that matches or exceeds a minimum upload speed of 10 MB/s and a minimum download speed of 100 MB/s. Lastly, you must possess a personal smartphone or separate mobile device capable of downloading an application to securely authenticate into our corporate Virtual Private Network (VPN).
