Primary Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems involving workflow compilation, lambda code debugging, advanced integration configurations, and deep JSON structures.
- Collaborate closely with internal Engineering and DevOps rapid response teams to serve as the technical face and primary advocate for enterprise clients.
- Actively monitor tenant-level alerting tools to proactively prevent client escalation and optimize overall platform health.
- Author comprehensive technical documentation and solution articles to expand the internal organization knowledge base and client communities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this highly specialized role, candidates must possess a strong foundational technical background. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent analytical field of study is required. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with on-premise or cloud Data Unification solutions, coupled with at least 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS products in a highly visible, customer-facing technical position.
Extensive hands-on familiarity with modern tech stacks is mandatory. You need 3+ years of hands-on experience across Public Clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and a proven history working deeply with REST APIs, Postman, and popular integration tools. Proven programming expertise in object-oriented design and languages like Java or Python is highly essential, along with a firm grasp of data structures, algorithm design, and UI development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Preferred candidates will bring advanced qualifications that set them apart in a competitive field. An MS in Computer Science or equivalent advanced engineering background is highly desirable. Additionally, experience navigating scalable, distributed data architectures, using NoSQL databases like Cassandra, Elastic Search, or DynamoDB, and configuring complex distributed indexes will give you a significant competitive advantage.
