Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate a telephone switchboard to manage incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and community members.
- Escalate consumer concerns effectively across various communication channels.
- Accurately direct calls to the appropriate departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required: High School Diploma, Certificate, or GED.
- Required: Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Required: Basic computer knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) scheduling systems.
