Job Overview:

  • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday โ€“ Friday
  • Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid โ€“ 4 weeks on-site training required)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate a telephone switchboard to manage incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and community members.
  • Escalate consumer concerns effectively across various communication channels.
  • Accurately direct calls to the appropriate departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Required: High School Diploma, Certificate, or GED.
  • Required: Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Required: Basic computer knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) scheduling systems.
