Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients professionally to ensure a positive registration experience.
• Accurately collecting and verifying insurance information and patient data.
• Processing co-pay deductibles and maintaining organized medical records.
• Managing prescription refill requests and coordinating with medical staff.
• Assisting in front desk operations including scheduling and phone management.

Eligibility Criteria (Required):

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have 1-2 years of proven office or clerical experience. You must be comfortable with high-volume data entry and possess a strong working knowledge of medical records and electronic billing systems. Excellent customer service skills are mandatory, as you will be interacting with diverse populations daily.

Eligibility Criteria (Preferred):

While not mandatory, candidates with previous cash posting and accounts receivable experience will be prioritized. A strong understanding of health insurance verification is essential, and familiarity with community-based insurance programs is highly regarded.
