Job Overview:

  • Role: Building Automation Technical Support Specialist
  • Location: Fully Remote (Central, Mountain, or Western U.S. regions)
  • Salary: $120,000 โ€“ $135,000 annually
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming field support requests using your deep knowledge of BAS and HVAC controls.
  • Resolving complex product inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues via independent analysis or escalation.
  • Expertly handling device networking, product setup, application debugging, and programming.
  • Documenting all support interactions in the internal tracking system with precision.
  • Representing the company through occasional travel (40-50%) for technical presentations and onsite support.

Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must bring at least 5 years of professional experience in either Design/Development Engineering for HVAC Digital Controls or Field Application Engineering supporting HVAC Controls and Digital Systems. We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running with complex technical documentation and troubleshooting.


Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Qualifications

We highly value candidates who possess an Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in HVAC Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Furthermore, hands-on experience or certification with Niagara AX/N4 is strongly preferred, as is a background in field application engineering.
