Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical inquiries across customer setups and deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve bugs and advocate for customer needs.
- Develop internal diagnostics, runbooks, and tooling for efficient issue triage.
- Lead post-mortems for critical incidents to drive continuous product improvement.
- Mentor fellow support team members and refine support KPIs to ensure world-class service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Required: 6+ years in technical support, SRE, or solutions engineering within deep B2B environments.
- Required: Expertise in troubleshooting APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and cloud-native stacks (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Required: Proficiency in Python (TypeScript is a bonus).
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with observability tools like Datadog, and knowledge of LLM integrations (OpenTelemetry).
