Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs standard, recurring processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services.
- Interprets, audits, and reconciles reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Develops a solid understanding of client business needs to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Handles confidential data securely according to company policy and established guidelines.
- Required Qualifications: Proficiency in data analysis, strong typing skills with attention to speed and accuracy, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and excellent time management abilities.
- Assessment Requirement: All candidates must successfully complete the Harver Assessment during the interview process to evaluate communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Background: Strong administrative experience and a proven track record of meeting strict operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position operating Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST in Rochester Hills, MI. Please note that video cameras are required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation to support onboarding and team integration.
